Dream House is a plush student accommodation in Toronto that comes with a variety of shared and private rooms. The De La Salle College is an 8-minute drive away and the Upper Canada College is a 9-minute drive away, making it a common choice amongst the students.

If new date is longer than 6 months apart from your existing date it will be considered a cancellation not a change of aval dates, and any rate increases would apply.

Features

The rooms feature a soft bed, which is extremely cozy and warm. The study desk is chic and is accompanied by a comfortable chair. There is also a closet where the students can keep all their accessories and clothing items. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, a  microwave, a stove and a fridge. There is also a T.V. where the students can stream their favorite shows using the free high speed Wi-Fi. They can choose to hangout with their friends near the pool table or in the recreational area.

Dream House is situated on Vaughan Rd, Toronto and is close to all the hot spots. Around the neighborhood are numerous universities, well-known eateries, cafes, and pubs, including Hunter Coffee Shop and Tim Hortons. On each street, there are a grocery shop and a pharmacy. The Casa Loma is a popular tourist destination and is only a 6-minute drive from the lodging. Royal Ontario museum is only a 12-minute drive away and is a fun place to visit over the weekend.

Commute

The Dream House is situated in a location with easy access to public transportation. there are several transit stops, such as St Clair Ave West at Vaughan Rd,  East Side or St Clair Ave West at Bathurst St East Side within 7-8 minutes of walking. Vaughan tram stop is 6 minutes walk away for those who want to travel to a more far away destination.
