1. If you have not viewed the apartment before signing the contract, you can cancel the booking in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

2. You[AR7]  have the right to cancel your contract with the property management within 14 days of the date of conclusion of the contract   without giving a reason (the “Withdrawal Period”).

3. Notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the property via email within the Withdrawal Period.

Consequences of cancellation within the Withdrawal Period

1. If you withdraw from your contract within the Withdrawal Period as set out above, the management will reimburse you for all amounts you have paid no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notification. They will use the same means of payment for this repayment as for the original transaction, unless you expressly make a different agreement with them. They do not charge any fees for this repayment.

2. If you have already taken-up occupation of the property when you request cancellation of your contract  during the Withdrawal Period, you will pay an amount of the total amount of rent payable under the contract which is proportionate to the period of time up to the date on which you give notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract

Most entrances to our accommodation are access controlled and under video surveillance 24 hours a day and all apartment doors are key controlled. We also strive to always have a team on site should you ever need additional support.
Yes, contents insurance is included with your rental agreement, so your belongings are protected during your stay with us. You will receive more information about this upon check-in.
The safety of our students is very important to us. We conduct regular fire alarm tests and fire safety inspections in all of our residences. International Students
