1. If the Lease Agreement is cancelled at least 31 days before the start of the rental term, the student will have to pay the amount of 1500€ to the property, which may be deducted from the Deposit.
2. If the Lease Agreement is cancelled later than 30 days or less before the start of the rental term, the student will have to pay the amount of 1500€ to the property, which may be deducted from the Deposit, as well as one (1) month's rent.
Note: If the booking deposit is insufficient to cover these amounts then the student must pay the difference to settle the outstanding balance to the property team.
