Cooling Off Period

For AY 23-24 (STLs): The property does not offer any cooling off periods, all contracts are legal and binding.

For AY 24-25:

1. You will have a cooling off period of 24 hours, wherein you can cancel your booking without any liability.

2. If you cancel your booking 4 weeks prior to check in then £250 holding fee would be non-refundable & rest all of your other payments might be refunded by the property.
3. Property won't be able to provide any refund in case where you cancel the booking between 0-4 weeks prior to check in.
4. Property won't be able to provide any refund to you if you cancel after check in and tenancy start date.

NOTE: - If it’s already past 4 weeks, property team would not be able to provide any refund, if booking cancelled after any payment is made.

No Visa No Pay

1. If you cancel 2+ weeks prior to you check-in then property would not be able to refund £250 holding fee.
2. If you cancel 0-2 weeks prior to your check-in then property would not be able to refund £250 holding fee + 2 weeks accommodation fee.
3. If you do not receive a visa to study in the UK but the property will need you to provide proof of your visa being rejected.

The property has accommodation available in London, Brighton, and Dublin only.
Their accommodation is open to full time students, intending to study at a UK university, and those coming to the UK to do a short-term language course. You must be 18 years old or over.
You can book for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 51 weeks, which covers a whole academic year.
The property does not charge a booking fee, but you will be required to pay a holding fee to secure the accommodation.
They have room types to meet all needs and budgets. The most popular types are Ensuites which are rooms with bathrooms but where you share a kitchen with up to 5-6 other residents. And their studios have their own private kitchen and bathroom.
