If your check-in date is more than 6 weeks away, please send the property management the embassy letter of rejection within 7 days of when you initially received it. You will be liable to pay the deposit upon receipt, and the remainder will be refunded.

Failure to send the visa refusal letter within 7 days will make your booking subject to the standard cancellation policy.
