You'll never be bored in your apartment since it's beautifully built and includes all of the conveniences you need away from home. Their apartments have a lobby and concierge, as well as an on-site gym with free weights for those who enjoy working out and being healthy. There is a co-working facility with conference rooms for persons who are workaholics. They also provide fully equipped kitchenettes so you can prepare your favorite food at any time of day. And if you need to wash your clothing, the washing facility is available. The bathrooms are equally luxurious, with a bathtub and ample chests of drawers to store your necessities. . It's like living in a five-star hotel, with everything you need. A completely homelike living experience away from home. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi for study and entertainment. Additionally there is air conditioning with independently adjustable thermostats, an iron and ironing board, and a safety deposit box. The accommodation is serviced and cleaned once a week in accordance with hotel standards.
The East Gate of Regent's Park, a stunning landmark and one of London's Royal Parks with various gardens and The London Zoo, is only a 3-minute walk away from this flat. Queen Mary's Gardens, which includes London's largest collection of roses with 12,000 planted in the garden, and The Japanese Garden Island, which boasts waterfalls, bridges, and sculptures, are both must-see sights close by. Primrose Hill is a hilltop park just outside Albany Residences that offers a superb panoramic view of the park and the London cityscape beyond.
Travelling is made simple here, as Great Portland Street station is only a 5-minute walk away, keeping guests well-connected to the rest of the city. Avenue Road (Stop D), Prince Albert Rd Lord's Cricket Ground (Stop M), and London Central Mosque (Stop P) are all just 4-5 minutes away, allowing you to explore the city and famous landmarks such as shopping and nightlife - think London Zoo, Madame Tussauds, Oxford Circus, and Regents Street - right on your doorstep.
The property management will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate your requests for alterations to your Booking, subject to the availability of accommodation:
1. If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your Booking and you notify the property management in writing at least [30] days in advance of the commencement of the proposed Booking Term, a cancellation fee equivalent of 4 weeks’ rent will be charged, and your initial payment and the balance will be refunded (unless stated differently at the time of booking). It is your responsibility to ensure that they receive your notice of cancellation in time.
2. If cancelled less than [30] days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged.
3. For cancellations made after the check-in date has passed, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged.
4. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
You are to arrive at the Apartment no earlier than 3pm (except if stated differently) on the first day of your Booking Term and, unless otherwise agreed, you must leave by 11am on the last day of your Booking Term. If you fail to arrive by midnight on the first day of your Booking Term and do not advise the property management of a late arrival, they may treat your Booking as being cancelled by you and they shall be entitled to re-sell the Apartment for the same period.

First and foremost let us begin by reiterating that we are not a provider of traditional student accommodation. Instead, we offer an upmarket alternative to those with higher budgets seeking a more private, luxurious stay for their studies. If you are looking for apartments under £500 per week we probably won’t be able to assist you further with your accommodation search. Our rates are based on the quality, the location and the service of each apartment. We are at the upper end of the market price-wise, and you will of course be able to find cheaper accommodation alternatives with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for a apartment.
