Each of the studios features a large window that makes the room well-lit and airy, a double bed with a side lamp, and a coffee table. The wall-mounted TV is placed facing the bed, where one can stream their favorite shows on the free high-speed wi-fi. The room’s ample storage is provided by the cabinets and wardrobes. It also has an air conditioner, and all the utility bills are included in the rent. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could need to make their favorite dishes. The common amenities in the property are inclusive of the gym, where the students can get a quick workout done, and a communal outdoor terrace, where they can hang out with their friends. The students can also finish their projects in the co-working space.

Nearby places

This area is a favorite with students because nearby eateries like Emilia's Crafted Pasta (Aldgate) and Hichki are within a walking distance. Additionally, there are many cafés like Dulce Coffee London and Cafe Bite where one may sit and talk to friends over a cup of coffee. The British Museum or The View from The Shard is potential weekend getaway destinations.

Commute

Take a bus from the Aldgate East Station (Stop J) bus stop, which is a 5-minute walk away, or the St Botolph Street (Stop B) bus stop, which is also a 9-minute walk away. Walk for 12 minutes to the Fenchurch Street train station to board a train for cross-country travel or take a 2-minute walk to the Aldgate East subway station for traveling by train within the city.

Cooling Off Period

The property management will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate your requests for alterations to your Booking, subject to the availability of accommodation:

1. If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your Booking and you notify the property management in writing at least [30] days in advance of the commencement of the proposed Booking Term, a cancellation fee equivalent of 4 weeks’ rent will be charged, and your initial payment and the balance will be refunded (unless stated differently at the time of booking). It is your responsibility to ensure that they receive your notice of cancellation in time.

2. If cancelled less than [30] days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged.

3. For cancellations made after the check-in date has passed, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged.

4. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Other cancellation policies

You are to arrive at the Apartment no earlier than 3pm (except if stated differently) on the first day of your Booking Term and, unless otherwise agreed, you must leave by 11am on the last day of your Booking Term. If you fail to arrive by midnight on the first day of your Booking Term and do not advise the property management of a late arrival, they may treat your Booking as being cancelled by you and they shall be entitled to re-sell the Apartment for the same period.
