Cooling Off Period

If you would like to cancel your application at The Callaway House College Station, please notify us in writing of your intent to cancel. If you paid a Security Deposit, this amount will be refunded to you via check within thirty (30) days. All other fees paid during the application process are non-refundable.

No Place No Pay

Your lease can be cancelled on or prior to May 1, 2023 ONLY if the applicant provides proof that they will not be attending a College Station Area College or University. All requests must be in writing or postmarked by May 1, 2023. You must include your denial letter or proof that you rejected your acceptance to a College Station Area College or University.

Replacement Tenant Found

After May 1, 2023, your request to cancel your contract will be considered a “relet”.  Application Fee, Administrative Fee, Security Deposit, and all Rent and fees paid to date will be forfeited after May 1, 2023.  The Lease Agreement cannot be cancelled for any other reason.
