This converted Craftsman now consist of four town home units situated on a lushly landscaped, secured compound complete with key card access, security cameras and parking. Guests may be buzzed in via a tenant’s cell phone from the main intercom panel for ultimate security. For relaxation students can unwind at the plunge pool/spa area and take in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. The compound also includes a Viking Gas BBQ area complete with a beverage chest for the occasional social gathering.

Cooling Off Period

Property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal & binding.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

1. If a tenant is replacing, subletting, or assigning the lease then it is allowed exclusively with property’s written consent. There will be a $200 administrative fee for each tenant switched from a fully executed lease.
2. If you break the lease you are responsible for the full amount of the lease but the property will attempt to mitigate the cost by finding new tenants. If they are unable to find replacement tenants you are liable for the full amount of the lease. There is a $500 fee if they allow you to break the lease and completely replace your group with new tenants. This fee will be deducted from the Security deposit paid and will cover their administrative expenses.

Note: You won’t be released from the Lease Contract for any reason, including, but not limited to, voluntary or involuntary school withdrawal or transfer, voluntary or involuntary job transfer, marriage, separation, divorce, reconciliation, loss of co-residents, loss of employment or bad health.
