Highbury II Residence is a pleasant student accommodation in London that is only a few minutes walk from London Metropolitan University and just a short 12 minute drive from the Royal Veterinary College. Furthermore, this residence offers students a variety of comfortable studios to choose from. 

Cooling Off Period

If your check-in period is more than 6 weeks away, you can cancel and only be liable for the deposit and bedding and service fee. For check-ins with less than 6 weeks left, you’ll be liable to pay a 6-week cancellation fee, deposit, and bedding and service fee.

There is no Cooling-Off period.

The nicest aspect about living here is that you have access to all of the amenities you require away from home. They provide fully equipped rooms with kitchenette. The room has a cozy bed, study table, storage space, a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, and many other amenities. Many other things are provided in common amenities, such as onsite laundry, study spaces, and up to 200MB of dual-band WiFi throughout the building. Aside from these amenities, frequent activities are held to help students get to know their flatmates.

The accommodation is ideally located in London, where you will have access to many facilities. Plus, there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby where you can chill with your friends. To name a few places where you can eat are Nando’s Holloway Road, Pizzeria Mamma Mia, Alcedo Bistro & Bar, Mono Wraps, etc. All of these are within walking distance, and for grocery shopping, you can go to Tesco Express which is also in the vicinity.

Commute

Traveling in and around from this property is quite easy and hassle-free. There are many bus stops and train stations nearby where you can take a bus to your desired destination. The nearest bus stop is Holloway Road Station, only 2 minutes away on foot. Similarly, the nearest train station is Holloway Road, which is right outside the accommodation.

No Visa No Pay

You'll be subject to the standard cancellation policy for bookings if the refusal is less than 6 weeks before the start date. If your check-in date is more than 6 weeks away, please send the property management the embassy letter of rejection within 7 days of when you initially received it. You will be liable to pay the deposit upon receipt, and the remainder will be refunded.

Failure to send the visa refusal letter within 7 days will make your booking subject to the standard cancellation policy.

Replacement Tenant Found

If you have already checked into the property, you will still be liable for the total amount to end your Licence Agreement. If you still have more than 12 weeks left on your licence, you may be able to find a replacement tenant to take over your room. There will be a £100 fee to process this.
