2. The Roommate Term End shall be amended to reflect a date that is 30 days from the date that the Rider Cancellation Fee was paid. If the Rider Cancellation Fee is not paid, the cancellation notice shall be invalid. All terms of this Rider shall remain in effect until the Roommate Term End, as amended, and Roommate's Monthly Rent Share shall be due until the Roommate Term End, as amended, even if Roommate vacates the Apartment.
