The termination request should arise from an extenuating circumstance, including serious illness or government obligation, along with supporting proof from an authorized agency. The emerging circumstance shall be accepted by the Property Booking Department as a valid reason for early termination.
The Resident finds a suitable replacement to occupy the room/apartment for the remainder of the Agreement without any vacancy gap in-between the two bookings. The accommodation application of the new person shall be approved by Property, and a $100 admin fee will be charged for the verification of the new person as well as the preparation of the admission paperwork.
