To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform the property management of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement sent to them by post or email. If you cancel this contract the property management will reimburse to you all payments received from you. 

The property management will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which they are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

No Visa No Pay

The student needs to inform the property by filling out a relet form, if the visa has not been granted within 7 days of refusal, and they can help the student find a replacement.

No Place No Pay

The student needs to inform the property by filling out a relet form, if he/she did not get a place in the university within 7 days of the refusal, and they can help the student find a replacement.
