Cooling off period

Cancellation policy (for Short Term Lease(STL)

If the booking is for check-in within 7 days, there will be no cooling off period. Additionally, if the student collects the keys to their accommodation the cooling-off period will not be applicable.

Cancellation policy (Domestic):

Unless you have already collected the keys to the accommodation, you may cancel your booking by writing or sending an e-mail to the property management at any time during the 7 days after they send you an e-mail confirming your booking is complete (the 7 Day Cooling-Off Period). If you do that, you will not be charged and they will return your deposit or any Advance Rent Payments you have made.

Cancellation policy (International):

Once a booking is processed, the student has 3 days to accept the offer. It means for the student and the guarantor to accept the contract and pay the advance rent payment. Once these steps are done, the booking is completed. If one of the step is not completed within these 3 days, the offer will expire. If the student still wants a room, they can re-process a booking, but they cannot guarantee that the same room or the same price will be available. Once the booking is completed, the student has another 7 days to change their mind and cancel their booking without any reasons. This is called the cooling-off period.
