Coast Mountain College (CMTN) is a modern educational institution based in British Columbia, Canada. Serving a large area of local communities and welcoming students from across the world, it is a place where academic study is blended with incredible scenery and nature – students can learn, work, and play in one of the world’s most spectacular locales.

There are five campuses making up the college, including those at Terrace, Prince Rupert, Smithers, Hazelton and Haida Gwaii. The primary campus is at Terrace, where many of the main college facilities can be found.

The college offers a number of study programs at different levels, including apprenticeships and field studies, as well as courses designed to serve as a pathway to university-level education at nearby institutions in Canada. There are also Upgrade courses for students who don’t yet meet the minimum requirements for certain courses at CMTN.

The college has extensive support facilities, including physical and mental wellbeing help and teams dedicated to assisting with accommodation, finance, accessibility and career issues. Students at CMTN will realize their full potential, with incredible support, while learning in breath-taking surroundings.

With the beautiful location of the campuses, students are able to take advantage and explore the stunning coastal region. Various outdoor pursuits are supported locally, while the college’s own library also rents out bicycles, snowshoes and more.
