This course is designed to better equip middle and senior managers within health and social care systems in the UK and globally, to lead transformational change and drive innovation within healthcare systems, processes and technologies.

Using the Bevan Commission’s thinking and Innovators, along with perspective from NHS Innovation Leads, industry and the wider sector, you will gain first-hand, invaluable insights into the application of the theories you will study.

YOUR INNOVATION AND TRANSFORMATION COURSE EXPERIENCE
This programme is delivered in a research and practice-led learning environment; where the most up-to-date knowledge is used to motivate and inspire learners; maximizing your learning outcomes. You will also be encouraged to become co-creators of research during the Research in a Health and Care Context module and the formative and summative assessments in other modules.
Your learning will be developed through original applications of different concepts and models to cases from your own work and life experience.
The programme will also draw on international, national, regional and local associations and networks. This breadth of research, teaching and professional expertise will serve to greatly enrich your development in the field of innovation and transformation within health and care.
