Marketing Management Technology at UC Clermont is a broad foundational study of the skills required in retail and sales management, customer relations, product promotion and entry-level marketing. Topics include marketing, retail management, team-building, consumer behavior, promotion and small business marketing.

To be successful in marketing management technology, you should be creative, highly motivated, customer-oriented, flexible and decisive. The ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing, with managers, staff and the public is vital. Must be able to effectively interact with internal supervisors and hourly employees as well as external vendors and clients.
