Established in 1904, the University of Leeds is one of the largest universities in the UK. The University of Leeds is ranked 15th in the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2021, and among the world top 100 according to the QS World University Rankings 2021. It is also part of the prestigious Russell Group - a collection of 24 research intensive universities in the UK. Campus facilities were rated second best in the UK according to the same survey, reinforced by the fact that the university has invested over GBP 120 million in two new buildings in recent years alone.
