The Suffolk Business School’s vibrant atmosphere, personalised courses and high standards help you achieve your ambitions and create lifelong friendships.

During your BA (Hons) Business Management course, you will learn how businesses are organised and run, providing you with the knowledge and confidence you need to advance in your chosen career.

Through our dual accreditation scheme, and upon successful completion of specific modules on the BA (Hons) Business Management course, you will also achieve the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management. Further information about the University's relationship with the ILM is available in the PSRB register.

Thanks to our excellent industry connections, you will have the opportunity to experience a range of additional workshops, trips and visits. Past and current students have been to the Houses of Parliament and the Bank of England, which provide insight into national institutions that underpin the business. They have taken part in entrepreneurship competitions and visited local organisations such as Adnams and BT, and attended a range of guest lectures by professionals from Larking Gowen, Research Through Gaming (RTG), and the NHS.

The business community also play an important role in our teaching and assessment. You will regularly hear from guest speakers who offer their insight and experience to add value to your classes. We also make use of these connections to help in assessments and you will work on ‘live case studies' and projects throughout your time at the University of Suffolk.

Subject to eligibility, you can also benefit from a sandwich year, which offers fantastic opportunities to study or work abroad, or both.
