Located in the heart of Australia's vibrant City of Sydney, UTS College provides pathway programs that prepare students for academic success at university level. Every year more than 5,000 students from more than 75 countries study at UTS College. Students at UTS College take higher education diploma programs, UTS Foundation Studies (Preparation) and English programs.
Diploma programs are designed in collaboration with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). This means that the education for diploma students is the same as in the first year of students studying in the UTS undergraduate degree program (S1). Students receive the same world-class university standards from the first day of their studies and many of them proceed directly to the second year of a bachelor's degree program* (*depending on the chosen program and no more than two courses are not passed).
There is plenty of support to help international students succeed. Classes are small with no more than 20 students per tutorial. Support services are available free of charge to all UTS College students and include a Learning Support Program, individual tutorials, study skills workshops and a dedicated full-time Learning Success Mentor. This support and state-of-the-art facilities together enhance the student educational experience.
There are many scholarship offers that provide financial support for international students. International students can enjoy a safe and welcoming environment while pursuing academic and career goals. Students can explore the fascinating city and its natural surroundings, as well as enjoy some of the world's most famous attractions, such as the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbor Bridge and Bondi Beach
Entry to UTS
Study a UTS College diploma or graduate certificate and when you successfully complete your studies, you'll receive guaranteed entry* to the corresponding UTS undergraduate or postgraduate degree. In fact, most of our diplomas take you straight into the second year of your UTS degree, while our graduate certificates take you to the second semester of your UTS master's degree. So you're not wasting any time at all! Choose from diplomas in the areas of business, communication, design & architecture, engineering, information technology or science and graduate certificates in the areas of accounting and finance, communication, and technology practice.

Part of UTS
Our diploma and Pre-Master's courses are designed in collaboration with UTS. This means the educational outcomes for diploma and Pre-Master students are the same as for first year students studying a UTS undergraduate degree, or for first semester students studying a UTS master's degree respectively. So you're getting the same world-class university standards right from day one of your studies.
Plus all academic students have access to world-class facilities at UTS, including the library, 24 hour computer labs and hundreds of student clubs and associations.

We're flexible
We offer a range of programs that are flexible, so you can complete your studies in a way that best suits your lifestyle. Our diploma programs are offered over 8, 12 or 16 month durations, our Pre-Master's Program is offered over 4 or 8 months, and our English courses are offered over 5 intakes throughout the year. We also offer 3 academic intake periods - March, July and October.
