Early termination by students

When considering the premature termination of your Residential Tenancy Agreement, it is your responsibility to:

1. Continue to pay all rent charges until a new resident can be secured or the Residential Tenancy Agreement ends whichever comes first.

2. Pay all associated costs including applicable advertising and reletting fees as set out in your Residential Tenancy Agreement.

3.  In all cases, a departure cleaning fee applies

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, the property management may be able to move

Other cancellation policies

Cancellation due to:

1. Providing false or misleading information during your application or booking process

2. Failure to pay your bond or rent in advance

3. Failure to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required

4. A change of mind

will result in a monetary penalty. This may include forfeiting some or all of your advance rental payment and/or bond payment and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
