What can be cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances?

Upon reservation, a deposit and registration fee are required. The amounts paid are not cancellable except in extenuating circumstances. If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us directly.

When can I check-In?

Check-in is available from 16:00 the day of your reservation start date. However, feel free to arrive earlier in the day! If your room is not yet prepared, we are happy to store your belongings in the meantime and you may relax in our 1,800 square meters of common space while you wait for the room.

What will be the check-out?

Check-out is any time before 12:00 on the day of departure. However, feel free to depart the residence later in the day! While we need access to your room by 12:00 to begin preparing the room for the next resident, we are happy to store your belongings after 12:00 and you may relax in our 1,800 square meters of common space while you wait for the room. If you need to store your belongings beyond just the same day of your departure, please check with our residence community managers and we can help arrange it.
