In 15 minutes by bus, you can go to the Pompeu Fabra University. Stepping out of the flat and walking a few steps introduces you to a haven of eateries, shopping complexes, and entertainment options. Just across the street, you will find a Starbucks, 2254 Barcelona Restaurant serving a delightful menu, and many more eateries. If you like Japanese food, go to the Ramen Shifu in 2-3 minutes of walking. For fine dining, go to the Moments. Taller De Tapsu across the street is just amazing with ambiance; for seafood, you should definitely visit the Chaco Pecaso. Other cancellation policies

1. If the Lease Agreement is cancelled at least 31 days before the start of the rental term, the student will have to pay the amount of 1500€ to the property, which may be deducted from the Deposit.

2. If the Lease Agreement is cancelled later than 30 days or less before the start of the rental term, the student will have to pay the amount of 1500€ to the property, which may be deducted from the Deposit, as well as one (1) month's rent.

Note: If the booking deposit is insufficient to cover these amounts then the student must pay the difference to settle the outstanding balance to the property team.
