Cleaning up is no hassle with the convenient dishwasher and cleaning supplies already stocked. The flat also provides a dual workspace, consisting of two big study desks, chairs, and night lamps, perfect for academics and working from home. Other cancellation policies

1. If the Lease Agreement is cancelled at least 31 days before the start of the rental term, the student will have to pay the amount of 1500€ to the property, which may be deducted from the Deposit.

2. If the Lease Agreement is cancelled later than 30 days or less before the start of the rental term, the student will have to pay the amount of 1500€ to the property, which may be deducted from the Deposit, as well as one (1) month's rent.

Note: If the booking deposit is insufficient to cover these amounts then the student must pay the difference to settle the outstanding balance to the property team.
