1. If the Lease Agreement is cancelled at least 31 days before the start of the rental term, the student will have to pay the amount of 1500€ to the property, which may be deducted from the Deposit.

2. If the Lease Agreement is cancelled later than 30 days or less before the start of the rental term, the student will have to pay the amount of 1500€ to the property, which may be deducted from the Deposit, as well as one (1) month's rent.

Note: If the booking deposit is insufficient to cover these amounts then the student must pay the difference to settle the outstanding balance to the property team.

PMG also offers customer support for pressing matters or urgent apartment repairs, such as a water leak or outage. All other matters are handled by the concierge service during regular business hours.

I plan to work remotely during my trip. What work-from-home solutions do you provide?

What if I need to modify or cancel my reservation?
