What do I have to pay to book my place in this university residence in Getafe?

If you want to book your place in their university residence hall in Property, you will have to pay the amount of 250€. In addition, on 1 August, they will pay the deposit corresponding to a monthly payment without discount. And if you are not finally admitted to the university, the registration fee will be refunded in case you have to move to a city where property does not have residences. In addition, you will have to inform them before 31 July.

How long is the contract for in this property?

At property they have three options for you! Full academic year, rental by months, and rental by days. And, if you want to stay in a group, it’s possible to stay for a short period or during the summer.
