How long does a visit take?

It takes between 10 and 60 minutes to tour their student accommodation in person, it's entirely up to you. However, they also offer virtual tours.

Can I choose my roommates?

You can choose to live with your friends by selecting the same apartment or double room number when you book with us. Please note that this is subject to availability so it is best to book early to avoid disappointment.

Do I have to make a deposit?

Yes, and the deposit pays part of the damages, where applicable. This reservation deposit is refundable until a specific date, established in the contract sent to you.

Do you offer women only accommodation?

Yes, if you prefer to have a flat or a double room and share it only with people of the same gender, speak to their residence support team when you book with them. This is subject to demand and availability of the apartments, so they recommend that you get in touch as soon as possible.

What is a guarantor and why do I need one?

A guarantor is someone who agrees to pay your rent if you can't. For example, one of your parents or a close relative. If you can't make your rent payments, talk to your support team. They will only contact your guarantor to pay your rent as a last resort if you are unable to honor your rental agreement.

What do I do if I am an international student and I do not have an endorsement?

If you are an international student and would like to pay your rent in installments, you will need a guarantor who resides in Spain. If this is not possible, you can reserve a room; but you will have to pay the annual sum of your rent in advance.

Do I have to be a full-time student to reserve a room?

They normally only accept full-time students, but they may be able to find a space for you. Get in touch with the student residence you are interested in to study your options further.

Is there an age limit to book with Property?

To live with them while studying at university, you must be 18 years or older.

Can I customize my room?

Yes, as long as you can return it to its original state when you leave. If not, you will be charged for any damage. Check out their blog for ideas on how you can personalize your room without nails, glue, or leaving marks on the wall.

Where can I smoke?

They do not allow smoking inside the residence, but you can smoke outside.

Can I bring a pet?

They love “furries,” but they do not allow tenants to bring pets into the building.

Are there social events for residents?

They organize social events throughout the year for you and your roommates to enjoy; from cultural gatherings to fitness events and much more.

If I don't get along with my new roommates, can I change rooms?

They want to make sure you like the experience of living with them, so if you find that you don't get along with your new roommates, you may be able to change rooms, although this will be subject to availability.

What happens if something on my floor breaks or doesn't work?

Their maintenance team is always available if something on your floor breaks or doesn't work. You just have to fill out a maintenance request form and hand it in at reception.

Can I bring friends or family to stay?

Visits are allowed between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Sleeping in the residence is only allowed if it is the first degree of consanguinity (father/mother, brother/sister) and subject to the availability of the establishment.

You can reserve some of the social spaces offered at their residence, but most of their common areas are open 24 hours a day unless alternative times are announced.

Yes, They offer high speed broadband and wifi in all rooms by default and also in their social spaces and common areas.

Where do I wash my clothes?

They have laundry facilities in the building for you to use as needed during your stay.

What equipment is in the gym?

Residences that include an in-building gym feature free weights or weight training equipment, cardio equipment, and yoga mats. Some of their properties also have fitness rooms with more specialized equipment or dance/yoga studios.

Can I receive packages in my building?

Their reception team is always available to collect your packages and certificates, so you never miss a delivery. They'll also send you an email reminder when your package is ready for pickup.

Will someone do the cleaning for us?

Yes, room cleaning is once a week and common areas are cleaned every day, several times. They change bed linen and towels once a week.

Is bike parking safe?

Most of their bike parking is located within their properties, which are very secure, so only residents can access them. However, in some residences their bike storage is located outside the campus and, where possible, away from main streets. In all cases, they recommend using a secure bike lock for added security.

Is there student parking on campus?

Some of their residences have on-site parking for you to use during your stay with them.

Can I move out before my contract starts?

In many cases, they can allow residents to move in early for a daily rate, but you will need to contact the care home team to verify this.

What documents do I need to register at the residence?

When you check in they will need to see a copy of your ID and they also recommend bringing a printed copy of your rental agreement.

What time can I arrive on moving day?

Some of their residences will allow you to move in at any time on set days, while others will give you a time slot. They'll contact you closer to your move date with more information.

Where can I park when I'm unloading my things?

As your move-in date approaches, they will contact you to let you know where you can park near the residence to unload your belongings.

Can I arrive after hours on the day I move?

If you need to arrive outside of opening hours, please inform your residence's support team as far in advance as possible to ensure they are available to assist you.

How is payment made?

Payments are normally made by direct debit between the 1st and 5th of each month.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

They ask students to pay rent through their booking portal as it is safer and more efficient; but in some cases you may be able to pay by bank transfer, provided you have spoken to your residence's support team first.

Do I have to pay additional bills?

Water, gas and electricity are included in the rent, so you don't have to worry about when to pay the bills for these services.

Can I sublet my room for the summer?

No. Unfortunately, they do not allow students to sublet their rooms during their contract with them.

Is there always a member of staff available on site?

Their goal is to have staff available 24 hours a day, so if you ever need anything, a member of their resident team can help you, day or night.

How safe is the residence?

Most entrances to their accommodation buildings are access controlled and are also monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. In addition, all apartment doors open with a key/key. Additionally, their goal is to always have resident assistance teams in the building in case you ever need additional help.
