The ASEAN-Maybank Scholarship (AMS) Programme 2023 application is now open to young, talented and deserving ASEAN nationals to pursue their undergraduate education in prestigious universities outside their countries, but within the ASEAN region.

Development Programmes & Internship

• Have the chance to experience thrilling internship opportunities, holiday break assignment programmes
  at the ASEAN Secretariat, ASEAN Foundation, or Maybank offices regionally, as well as participate as volunteers in Maybank and Maybank Foundation's existing flagship programmes regionally.

Placement

• Upon graduation, scholars will serve a 3-year bond at either Maybank, the ASEAN Secretariat, or ASEAN
  Foundation.

Scholarship Package

• Laptop.
• Tuition fees.
• Living expenses, accommodation and books allowances.
• Insurance coverage
• Settling-in allowance (one-off).
• University admission fee.
• Return economy class air passage.

Persyaratan

Eligible

• A citizen of any of the 10 ASEAN member states.
• Possess excellent academic qualifications and is active in extracurricular activities and sustainability programmes.
• Choose a field of study listed among the approved disciplines of the programme
• Received admission letter/letter of offer from university within the ASEAN University Network membership.
• Must graduate pre-university with min. CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent.
  *Eligible candidates will then be shortlisted and interviewed prior to the final selection.
