Seoul National University

GSFS is for newly-admitted graduates from universities in East, Southeast, and Central Asia, and it is aimed at students who applied designated departments of SNU. (Please find the attached for details) It is a great opportunity for you if you are considering to pursue your further studies at SNU. GSFS provides tuition fee waiver for a maximum of 4 semesters and a monthly stipend for the prescribed period. The Scholarship Selection Committee will make an assessment of applicants’ academic and personal achievements as well as academic potentials and determination.

Benefit

This fully-funded scholarship for international students covers the following:

•  100% tuition fee for 4 semesters at most
•  At least KRW 500,000 monthly depending on the student's major.

1. Seoul National University Eligibility Criteria - the requirements you need to meet to be admitted to the Seoul National University
2. Graduate Scholarship for Excellent Foreign Students (GSFS) Specific Eligibility Criteria - the requirements you need to meet to be considered for the Graduate Scholarship for Excellent Foreign Students (GSFS).

The great news is that there is no specific deadline to apply for Graduate Scholarship for Excellent Foreign Students (GSFS)! While there are no specific dates, it’s important to apply before the Seoul National University admission deadlines. Here are the deadlines:

• Bachelor's Deadline (Fall): March 7, 2024.
• Master's Deadline (Fall): March 8, 2024.
