Our wide-ranging curriculum fits around you and your working life, whether you're new to teaching and training, or wish to advance existing skills and knowledge. You'll start with two core modules - Teaching & Learning in Medical Education and Principles of Assessment in Medical Education. These will give you a strong overview of the core concepts of medical education. You'll then complete a specialist module specific to your role as a teacher in the context of anaesthesiology.
Following this certificate, you could progress on to our PGDip or Masters courses to further your learning. Careers: This course will prepare you to take on new challenges and responsibilities in your career. You'll gain a strong understanding of the underlying principles of medical education in relation to anaesthesia, and how the field is changing to react to the demands of modern healthcare teaching.
