Having been in existence for 21 years now, University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) is committed to providing a comprehensive educational experience in a campus environment. Our teaching faculty is led by academicians who are paving the way with cutting-edge research in their respective fields to address some of the most pressing challenges facing the world today.

The University of Nottingham is 103 in the world (18 in the UK) out of more than 1,000 universities in the QS World University Rankings 2022 and we offer courses from the foundation level right up to doctoral degrees. Through our specialist schools and departments under the Faculties of Arts and Social Sciences, and Engineering and Science, our wide range of programmes are available to both undergraduate and postgraduate candidates.

Our community of students is around 5500 in number and they originate from 85 different countries across the world. They are assisted by a network of support staff of 600 who ensure that the day-to-day operations at the university are carried out to the highest possible standards.

The University provides excellent teaching, learning and research facilities including a well-equipped delivery, library, dedicated study areas and computers, language, and science and engineering laboratories and online lesson alongside virtual labs.

At our campus, students have access to a wide range of recreational facilities such as a purpose-built sports complex and a swimming pool to ensure that their physical well-being is catered to alongside their educational well-being.

During the COVID-19 restrictions, our community remains connected to a multitude of online talks, events and activities. Our priority during the pandemic is to ensure that the wellbeing of the UNM wider community, and we have been agile and responsive in ensuring that government related SOPs are adhered to.
