There is 5 days cooling off period. If a student is booking 5 days prior to the move in date then cooling off period does not apply. The student would have to inform immediately to cancel the booking in this case or else the deposit amount can not be refunded.

The property has No Visa No Pay policy. The student would have to provide proper document proof (either Visa rejection letter or a letter from University which states that the student did not secure a VISA and will not be able to study at the University)and send an email to the pmg.

Our advice is to pack light and add to your student essentials as you go. There are the obvious things to pack, like your clothes, books, laptop, and favourite soft toy (the property won’t tell anyone!). You’ll also need bedding (single or double depending on your accommodation), towels and stuff for the kitchen such as pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc… oh and labels for your food! Lots of what you need are available to buy from a wide range of shops where the accommodations are.
